From vacant power station to vibrant place of learning, South Street Landing shows how #design can bridge generations. This reimagined structure in Providence, Rhode Island, now empowers the next wave of healthcare professionals.

Through #adaptivereuse, DLR Group | tsoikobusdesign turned this historic structure into a dynamic academic hub for the universityofri, rhodeislandcollege, and brownu. The original bones remain, but the purpose is entirely reimagined: it’s now home to simulation labs, wellness lounges, and flexible learning environments.
