Thanks to this year’s generous rainfall — 19.13″ so far in 2025 — our unique snail-farming methods at Ethos are in full bloom. When droplets kiss the ground, our team strikes: our stages go out just before every service to hand-harvest the most luxurious snails, nurtured by these very rains.
