How to easily cut Curtain Bangs + Fluffy Layers ✂️🐩

1. Cut the top, use the length of the desired curtain bangs as a guide for how short to cut.  Remember to elevate the section to create a softer layered effect.

2. Blend the top in to the sides using a vertical finger angle. This will connect the layers in to the length seamlessly and promote movement.
