The federal government’s decision to end 988’s suicide prevention services for LGBTQ+ youth is more than a policy change: it’s a devastating loss for those who need care the most. In the middle of a youth mental health crisis. In the middle of historic anti-LGBTQ+ attacks. They took away a lifeline.

But we are still here. And we are not going anywhere.
