🚨The federal government just officially proposed eliminating all funding for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline’s LGBTQ+ Youth Specialized Services — a move that would gut access to life-saving crisis care for LGBTQ+ young people starting October 1. 

Since 2022, this vital program has supported more than 1.3 million crisis contacts. That’s more than 1.3 million moments where LGBTQ+ youth reached out — and someone trained, supportive, and ready to help picked up the phone.

We cannot afford to be silent. 

We at The Trevor Project are fighting back — and we need you with us. Join us in calling on Congress and the Administration to protect LGBTQ+ youth and restore full funding for these specialized services.
