Born on this day: Lynne Drexler (1928–1999)

The late American artist Lynne Drexler developed her own distinctive lyrical approach to Abstract painting, synthesising a breadth of stylistic influences in vivid compositions.

To commemorate the late artist’s birthday, we look back at her recent exhibition ‘Lynne Drexler: The Seventies’ at White Cube Hong Kong, which debuted a series of works from the 1970s.
