Our campaign’s editorial foundation sprang from in-depth interviews with our five masterclass talents, plus three additional hospitality stalwarts. These articles were strategically crafted to expand upon the topics covered in the video content rather than mirror it, offering additional credibility, context, and value. Each article tackled the industry’s most pressing questions around service refinement, brand building, spatial design and more, with guest experience at the forefront.
