squareau’s POS tools help put hospo first. Buffet was tasked with dreaming up a Masterclass series that would help the brand stay at the top of the essentials list for F&B owners. 

We curated a cast of five revered industry professionals who hadn’t simply followed the rulebook to success in hospitality, they helped write it. We knew a Masterclass series for this boundary-pushing brand couldn’t be a lecture, so our hero Masterclass videos—only available after signing up to the Square database—employed efficient and engaging interview techniques, enhanced with graphic and image pop-ups to maintain viewer attention and improve information retention, creating content that is as educational as it is entertaining.
