And for the record, we’d never lay a finger on an appraiser ❣️ We prefer to bribe them with Chick-fil-A. But lately, they haven’t been as cooperative.

Did you know that when you get an appraisal done for a home equity line or a refinance the value usually comes in lower than a normal resale appraisal!? 

Recently we helped 2 of our sellers sell for OVER the appraisal value. Because at the end of the day, your house is worth what a buyer is willing to pay.
