House update •Windows and doors have been installed! The outside of the windows are black, the inside of the windows are white! 😍 •Shingles are looking great! The brand and color: Tamco, Titan XT -Rustic Slate (they are a dark brown!) •My color pallet is creamy white and browns! We were able to match the soffit and facia to the roof color, so everything is blending seamlessly! •Instead of drilling a well. We dug our own shallow well which is called a sand point well. We didn’t find much water, but buried a pipe 31 ft down. We’ve been measuring how much water has come in, and how fast it recharges and are excited with the results! We will be using this as our water source, we’ll most likely bury a holding tank and pull from there to ensure we always have enough water. It has been the driest year here, and we are searching for water in the driest part of the year as well, so with the odds against us, we are pleasantly surprised with the results.
