## Caption

A star is leaving Hollywood. LA's homegrown hero, 20 year old Alyssa Thompson, is leaving the city of Angels for London for $1.3 million, per theathleticfc. After 2 years in the NWSL, the rising USWNT star has been transferred to Chelsea. She will play alongside fellow Americans Naomi Girma and Cat Macario as they try and lead the Blues to another domestic treble... and maybe even Champions League glory 💙🇺🇸
