ℹ️ The sulpang has a slight taste of makgeolli. It’s a modern twist to the traditional rice bread that uses makgeolli– korean rice wine that uses a fermentation process to bake the bread. Despite the dough being mixed with makgeolli once the bread is baked all traces of alcohol is evaporated.
