The D3300 came out back in 2014, but if you're looking to get into photography properly, this is still one of the easiest DSLRs to start with.

You’ve got 24 megapixels, a very decent kit lens, solid autofocus and full HD video at 60p. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable. If you’re figuring out what aperture or ISO actually do, this is the kind of camera you want in your hands when it clicks for the first time.

Plus it’s really affordable. You could spend lots more, but honestly you don’t need to.
