Compact cameras are experiencing something of a revival - not having ever been unpopular per se, but they get better each year and are so portable they're becoming more photographers daily carry.

The G7 X Mark III does a lot—with vlogging, streaming and social media at the forefront of its strengths. But it's also a very capable street shooter as demonstrated by these Melbourne, Australia captures by afwiali (check out the uncropped originals too).
