## Caption

The sunflower has always been one of my guiding lights 🌻. During a recent energy healing session with my dear friend kiley_efron , I began to see a sunflower rising through my body. At the same moment, she shared a vision of the sunflower rooting into my heart and blooming into my third eye and crown. It was a magical unfolding and a creative initiator for this expression of art.

The sunflower has been teaching me that joy is never separate from grief, anger, or sadness, they are threads of the same tapestry. The more I allow myself to feel the harder emotions, the more joy blooms in my everyday life. 
This flower has also been showing me how to merge my light with the light of Source, reminding me that everything changes when we turn toward the Sun within and without. The sunflower is grounded deep into the earth and always following the light….I am learning the same.
