I heard a rumor that we’re allowed to have fun 🤔👏🤩

Being serious about the sport doesn’t mean removing fun & enjoyment, having a strict routine, taking 1 million supplements, and waking u pay the crack of dawn every day. It means dedicating yourself to your goals & chasing them in the way that feels best to you. 

Oh, and running a fast 5k is just as cool of a goal as running a marathon. No race distance is superior, and running shorter doesn’t make you less of a runner 🤷‍♀️
