“Their support and abundance of products has been a game changer in my training mindset. Nutrition is something every endurance athlete has to figure out and to be quite honest, I am late learner here! But The Feed is really making the process fun for me now. I’ve enjoyed mixing, matching and finding my favorite drinks, gels, and snacks on each run and seeing the results. As far as racing, I used to treat ultras like a game of Russian roulette. Bonking was always in the chamber. And while it still very much is, I feel that with a more conscious effort using a variety of nutrition, the chances have been a lot more in my favor :)”
