It felt so good to let out a S C R E A M masked by the rushing water. The release I felt after holding onto the trauma I dealt with revived my soul - only to turn around to supportive girlies who embraced the experience with me 🫂💕

What’s the tradition? Scream or shout under the cascading water to release bad emotions, followed by a ritual of dancing and laughing to welcome positive energy and spiritual renewal. This ritual is a sacred, transformative experience for spiritual cleansing and is performed by locals and visitors alike.
