This course is (2) 9 hour days and, along with the higher level content, will require you to test out by teaching 3 sections of our advanced group programming to a TRX Master Instructor. You must complete the following as a prerequisite to be qualified to for the Advanced Group Training Course:
• Suspension Training Course (STC)
• Functional Training Course (FTC)
• Group Training Course (GTC)
