THIS IS NOT A DRILL: Bergman Express officially unlocks 🔓 THIS SATURDAY, December 30, for the first time ever 🚨🚨🚨

See the hard work, passion and ingenuity that made lift access to 550+ acres of high alpine terrain possible and help us celebrate Keystone’s first lift access expansion in over 30 years!
The new high-speed 6-passenger lift is set to open at 9 am, providing access to all terrain and trails in Bergman Bowl, including TenMile, one of the highest green trails in the United States. Terrain in Erickson Bowl, as well as hike-to access to Independence Bowl, will open as soon as conditions permit. 
 
Before venturing into Keystone’s high alpine, there are a few things to keep in mind:
 ❄️ The high alpine environment boasts a completely different ski experience. The views might be breathtaking, but conditions can be challenging and change on a dime. Adventurers should be prepared for the possibility of high winds, variable snow conditions, and limited visibility. Experienced beginners should be fully comfortable skiing Schoolmarm before skiing TenMile. 

❄️ Bergman Express is located just below Timber Ridge Lodge, on North Peak. The easiest route is to take the Outpost Gondola directly from Dercum Summit, but intermediate and advanced skiers can access Bergman Express by skiing down from Santiago Express on North Peak.

 ❄️ At over 12,200 feet, the top of Bergman Express offers one of the most stunning views in all of Summit County. Take a second when you reach the top to soak in the view, and see if you can match the peaks with the names of Keystone’s 16 new ski trails!
