"Cadaqués" (1923) shows us a side of the artist we rarely see. Instead of insects representing decay or melting clocks suggesting the fluidity of time, this work is a blissful utopian vision of the town where Dalí spent many summers. With crystal clear water surrounded by gentle and inviting scenery, who wouldn’t want to live there?
