Does this dress look familiar? You may recognize it from Dalí's painting "Three Young Surrealist Women Holding in Their Arms the Skins of an Orchestra."

The 1938 "Tear Dress" is among numerous collaborations between #SalvadorDali and fashion designer #ElsaSchiaparelli (born #OnThisDay in 1890). Together these two visionaries crafted some of fashion's most surprising and stunning garments.
