My REAL transformation journey  of being skinny fat and a Professional Athlete.  I got super tired  of trying to hide my stomach at the beach or in the locker . I said enough is enough I couldn’t even celebrate certain championships in my sport bra, because I was afraid of how the team pictures would come out. My teammates will tell you this day that I use to wear a bag around my waist in practice ,so that I would lose my stomach, not knowing that it was all about my diet and weight training . I became scared to lose weight because I thought it would make me super skinny and weaker on the court , ohh was that the furthest from the truth!!! When I met with Samson Strength Bodybuilding And Fitness he said you are a professional athlete, and a BRAND, so start looking like one 👀. That day my life changed and I realized I had no discipline or self control. I then stop caring when people said I was too skinny I knew I had to get this excess fat off of my petite body ( even though I’m thick in my eyes 😂) I hope this encourages someone who struggles with the same issues I had for years .
