If you have Keratosis Pilaris 
✅ DO use a body lotions that contain acids to exfoliate and smooth the skin.
❌ Don’t dry brush

If you have #eczema
✅ DO bathe in lukewarm water
❌ 	Don’t bathe apple cider vinegar as it can be irritating to the skin. 

If you have mild scars
✅ 	Do use ScarAway or look into cosmetic in office treatments
❌ Don’t use vitamin e oil
