This is how I ended up dat way🤪 absolutely GASSED but we did ittttt!!! Super happy about my progress thus far: I got the hang on the wall balls! Can now finish 1 full KM without stopping lol (yay endurance!!!!🫶🏽❤️‍🩹🤸🏽‍♂️) and these shoes EATTTTT! So comfy im glad i switched over. Also shedding fat % like crazy thanks to this hybrid training.
