One of my friends said to me the other day that the reason they still don’t go to a gym is because they’re too scared to look silly, they don’t want to do the wrong thing or feel embarrassed and have people look at them funny. And I told them nobody cares💀 because they dont…
I 100% get it - going to the gym can feel intimidating, but le me remind you of a few truths: 
1. Everyone in there is focused on themselves: checking their form, and scrolling on their playlists. 
2. We all start somewhere: I still make mistakes to this day because there are things I haven’t tried or gotten good at. And thats OOOooKaayy. 
-Confidence comes from action: you’re never gonna excel at something unless you do it multiple times.

All of that to say: if I can do whatever it takes to make sure I stay on a treadmill for one hour, for MY own personal goals and experience, you can surely step in there too :)
