1️⃣ @notionhq - we use this for literally everything internal, brand deals, submitting content, task management... and we give influencers access to their own Notion dashboard too so they can see all deals in negotiation, view rates, etc.

2️⃣ @slackhq - we invite every influencer to their own dedicated management channel, have shared channels with all the influencers on our roster to foster community, and have internal channels for casting calls, talent scouting, planning events, and more. 

3️⃣ @beacons.ai - we create custom media kits for each influencer, and use Beacons for our roster. Love that they automatically pull analytics from social accounts and update media kits so we don’t have to manually have influencers send screenshots (which was a time suck before!)

4️⃣ @flodesk - our Head of Strategy Ashley Reed creates a weekly newsletter with tiktok & reels trends, answering content creator questions, and sharing industry news. Flodesk has been so simple, and beautiful to use. 

5️⃣ @typeform - we collect influencer applications, and hiring applications through typeform, which IMO outperforms Google forms and other survey apps tenfold. It’s so cute & customizable which for us, is v important to stay on brand.
