Today we are tapping an Imperial Wit in honor of the rockies opening the ballpark for the season. 7.4% ABV. We brewed this one with orange peel and coriander to achieve mild fruit and spice character alongside the light clove and bubblegum flavor of a traditional witbier. Come chew on this one. We’ll be playing the games all weekend in the taproom. We open at 11:00 and tacos_el_huequito will be here this afternoon. Cheers.
