NOW ON TAP: Nordic Farmhouse Ale, inspired by a historical style brewed by the Vikings dating back to 1500-1800 B.C. This beer uses malt from Viking Malt in Finland and Norwegian yeast called Kveik, combined with juniper berries and needles from the Colorado San Juan Mountains added during the kettle boil and again post-fermentation. This beer will set you right during the doldrums of winter. 6.0% ABV.
