It took us over eight months to brew an American Pale Ale, but this one is worth the wait. One hundred pounds of wet hop Centennials went in to this one. Personally harvested by Justin at Rising Sun Hop Farm in Paonia less than 24 hours before going into the hop back! #craftbeer #coloradobeer #wethops #freshhops #hops
