"In order for me to fall asleep, I used to have to have the television on. And we all know that’s not good for anyone.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now with the hatchforsleep Hatch Restore, I don’t need my TV to send me off to dreamland anymore. The Hatch Restore makes my winding down time more intentional. I could meditate, read for 20 minutes, journal a bit, and when it’s time, Hatch will let me know it’s getting closer to my bedtime.
