## Caption

When we volunteer, we feel more connected to others, and we become less absorbed in the normal stresses of daily life. We share our experiences with others and want to help more. And the needs of our community have never been greater. It's International Volunteer Week #IVW, so let's volunteer for #GivingEveryTuesday!

- Find some time to give this week. Find opportunities at volunteermatch  or pointsoflight (there are many virtual volunteering opportunities)
- Give your skills through taprootfoundation
- Sign up for a shift at your local community fridge or fill your little free pantry
- Share how you gave on your social channels and inspire your friends and family to get involved too. Tag us (GivingTuesday) and we may share!
