💜 We want you to know more about the independent abortion providers in your communities! These people are doing the most with the least and are some of the most wonderful people we’ve ever encountered. First up: Ashia George, an RN who delivers babies, provides abortions, sits on the board of directors of AbortionCareNetwork, and is a Manager at Scotsdale Women’s Center in Detroit. Ashia spoke with SYA’s Amelia Bonow about what financial support could mean to her indie clinic. Thank you Ashia—we love & appreciate you so much!

“Not only would it allow us to pay staff wages that they deserve, it would allow us to provide a really comfortable work environment for them, and make sure they have the equipment they need when they need it. And that they’re not having to - you know, as we know, abortion providers are very innovative. We make miracles happen out of nothing. And I just feel like we wouldn’t have to work so hard if we had more financial help.”
