Eggs. This is a coquetier, aka an egg cup. This would most likely have been used to hold a soft-boiled egg to be eaten at the end of a fancy dessert course.

On the cup, a dragon chases butterflies, and the stem is a dolphin resting its head on the crest of the waves. The painters at the Chantilly Porcelain Manufactory based their design on images seen on exported Chinese porcelain.
