ICYMI: Last week the Surgeon General released a study essentially saying that the stress of being a parent is a public health issue... cue us trying to act surprised. 

It says that factors like cultural pressure, children’s health, and parental isolation (to name a few) can affect the mental health of parents and deserves attention starting at a policy level.
