The baby has left the barn. 🍼 Elombe the okapi calf can now be seen in the Lost Forest. Born in January, Elombe—whose name means “brave one” in the Lingala language—is affectionately known as “Eli” & is the 2nd surviving okapi born here in less than 2 years. #EndExtinction #OkapiThat #LittleBraveOne #SanDiegoZoo
