This. This is why we do what we do. Thanks to Erin McGinty Kelly for sharing this touching moment. "What a beautiful experience my daughter shared with one of your sweet #orangutans yesterday. This precious girl took a liking to my daughter. She rolled right on over to her and sat there with their faces pressed to the glass like this for about 10 minutes straight. She would occasionally give her kisses, make big toothy smiles, and even licked the entire glass area where my daughter had her face. It was pretty much the most awesome thing in the history of ever. It completely made one little girl's day and I know touched her heart forever. Thank you SD ZOO for creating magical memories like this that will stay in one little girl's heart and help shape the person she wants to grow up to be. Her aspiration in life is to grow up and become a zoo keeper...now with an emphasis in #primates." #sandiegozoo #sdzkidsfree
