When she comes, she comes because it’s time 🐚 ✨ 

She’s here again. She came and found you. 
In your bedroom, lying flat on your back with your legs against the wall, looking up at the ceiling
She finds you, in the middle of your workweek, as you move right along with your plans
She finds you right as you’ve been collecting the achievements, the big steps, one milestone after the next. 
She finds you even when you don’t want her to
Because she’s inconvenient, she’s the guest that always shows up at the worst possible time, right when you’re about to head out in the morning or about to lock the door for the night
She finds you and for a while you ignore her, you leave out the back door in the morning so you don’t have to face her, you put your phone face down when she calls
Because haven’t you already done this all a million times before? And you thought that now, this path you’d finally chosen was ‘it’
You’ve shedded all the skins there are to shed by now, surely?
But here she is and she never lies. Her name is Change and she comes when she is required and not a second before. She is not an imposition but an invitation
To once again sharpen that curiosity, start asking those questions to yourself that you’d packed away and put on the shelf for a time
Here Change is, conjuring you once more. Telling you that you’re about to meet yourself in ways you never have. There’s things left in you to discover, still. The pace must change. Perhaps the environment. The people. Only you know. But it’s time.
Time to lay out that carpet of trust again.
You’ve done this many times before and by now you know there’s nothing to be afraid of. Because you’ve caught yourself every time and Change never calls you unless she knows what is waiting on the other side is eventually so much better.
Change is here, my love, and it’s time to open your hands - again - and say ‘let’s go.’
