Italy enters the 2025 World Para Ice Hockey Championships B-Pool with a mix of seasoned experience and renewed determination. After being delegated to the B-Pool for the first time in their 18-year international campaign, the Azzurri are looking to reclaim their spot in the top tier.

Led by veterans and rising stars, including forward Nils Larch, Italy’s disciplined defence and tactical play make them one of the most resilient squads in Astana. Fans can expect high-energy performances and moments of individual brilliance as they battle for promotion back to the A-Pool.
