💙 Mainly found in #Scotland
📏 Can grow up to 54cm long, with up to 27cm of that being tail - that's half their body length!
🌙 Are nocturnal
🧬 Part of the family 'Mustelid', which include weasels, badgers, otters and polecats
🎂 Can live up to 8 years
🌲 Prefer #woodland habitats, and are great climbers!
🥜 Are omnivores, eating a variety of foods including small mammals, invertebrates, small birds, a range of berries, and can even be spotted on bird tables sneaking peanuts! 
🏡 Can be found living in tree holes, old squirrel dreys or old birds' nests
💩 Regularly leave their droppings (scat) in prominent, obvious places to mark their territories (we do not recommend this for humans)
❗❗ Are rare, and a priority species under the UK Post-2010 Biodiversity Framework
