For Educational Purposes -

Many of you are aware of how we brain spike these fish to dispatch fish quickly and preserve the quality of the meat for human consumption.  Not everybody is. 

I used this micro sized Bluefin (no size limit here) to demonstrate how to use the new spike from tillerfabrication 

Another fish this size and we'll have enough for a Poké bowl 🤣 

We started to do this with ALL the fish we keep to consume and I can't see us not implementing it from what I've personally experienced in the difference in eating quality.

Don't mind the blood, with our aqua_traction
Flooring, I literally didn't use the scrub brush one time.  Simply hose it off!
