SXSW was officially sandwiched! 🍦🍪

Our Slab Lab Ice Cream Social was an absolute blast—last night’s event was nothing short of legendary. We stacked, we scooped, and we conquered. Here’s a look at some of the over-the-top creations that had everyone melting:

🍪 The Trail Mix Titan – Chewy oatmeal cookies with nutty, cinnamon-spiced ice cream, loaded with pecans and raisins for that perfect crunch.

🥜 The PB&J Dream – Peanut butter cookies hugging peanut butter ice cream, oozing with a thick layer of tangy-sweet berry jam. Basically, childhood nostalgia in every bite.

💚 The Pistachio Perfection – Pistachio ice cream and cookies topped with chopped pistachios, because we believe green means go for more.

🌸 The Lavender Luxe – Floral, fragrant, and fabulous. Lavender-infused ice cream sandwiched between delicate lavender-speckled sugar cookies.

🎡 The Carnival Crush – Birthday cake cookies packed with funfetti ice cream and topped with a confetti explosion—pure childhood joy in sandwich form.

🍫 The Choco-lanche – Triple chocolate madness. Chocolate chip cookies + fudgy dark chocolate ice cream = the cure for all problems.
