## Caption

Thick-cut pork chops can be hard to find, so we cut them ourselves from a center-cut pork loin. To get the exterior nicely browned and crusty, we flip the chops every two minutes in a cast-iron pan that has been pre-heated in a 500 degree oven. Tap the link in our profile for the recipe.⠀
