Grilling a whole fish makes for great presentation, but it can be tricky to get it off the grates in one piece. A few simple steps can help you to avoid that risk entirely. We coat the fish in a mixture of honey and mayonnaise which adds flavor, helps to brown the fish, and assists in flipping it easily. Tap the link in our profile for the recipe.⠀
