She’s a second-generation therapist specializing in helping diverse survivors of trauma find healing and recovery. Her first book “The Latinx Guide to Liberation: Healing from Historical, Generational, and Individual Trauma” will be published in February 2025. She talks about connecting with her cultural identity, what motivates her work,  and how her relationship with her first gen husband has helped her stay connected to her Latinidad.
