Selena Gomez speaks up after comments online criticized her body at a recent premiere. The 32-year-old Mexican American actress was on the red carpet for her latest film, “Emilia Perez” and some criticized her appearance and speculated she might be pregnant. Gomez spoke up after a TikToker claimed she was “hiding” her body: 

“This makes me sick.. I have SEBO in my small intestine. It flares up. I don’t care that I don’t look like a stick figure. I don’t have that body. End of story. No I am NOT a victim. I’m just human.”

Gomez has been open about her health struggles in the past including living with lupus and bipolar disorder.
