5 Weeks out & probably my fastest 904 deadlift yet.
My Lower Back Spondylolisthesis flared up pretty badly 2 weeks ago with 280kg on deadlift to the point that I could barely walk on the day and couldn’t lift for a few days. Wanted to double this initially but I’ll take the win. Thank God.
