It is unbelievable how many people forget how to add as soon as they step on the golf course! And the worst part? They act completely innocent when they get called out. 2. The FootJoy wedge. In the rough? No problem.  When no one’s watching, just give it a cheeky kick, or flick onto a perfect lie.  It’s a classic move. 3. The marker flick. This is when golfers flick the marker closer to the hole, or magically place the ball an inch ahead when they replace it. Hopefully they miss anyway! 4. The sneaky drop Some players carry an identical ball and drop it when no one’s looking!  Sometimes they even disguise it as dropping a glove or even run it down a hole in their trouser leg. Straight-up cheating. 5. The sandbaggers These are the people who keep their handicap high on purpose, just so they can clean up in competitions.
