Fillets or tenderloin steaks are far from my favorite but when I saw @howtobbqright make this recipe a while back, I knew I had to give it a try.   Basting the steaks with that garlic butter adds so much flavor. Turn a boring filet into a delicious one! I seasoned them with my Steak seasoning and reverse seared on the @webergrills kettle. For the garlic butter sauce, combine 1 diced shallot, 1 big tbsp of minced garlic, 1 stick butter, 1 tbsp steak seasoning and a handful of chopped parsley.   Brush this on the steaks when they are searing over high direct heat. I went about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove, rest a few and enjoy!
