Another quick and delicious summer recipe, bang bang chicken skewers.   I like to use boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Cut them up into bite size pieces and season with my AP rub, garlic and lemon juice. Skewer them up and set aside.   For the bang bang sauce: - ½ cup mayo - 1 tbsp sriracha - ¼ cup sweet chili sauce - 1 tbsp rice vinegar   Mix this together and brush it on the chicken skewers at the very end.
